Your 1st Visit

What to Expect at Our Office on Your First 2 visits

At Stinnette Chiropractic, we believe great care begins with listening, understanding your concerns, and developing a personalized plan to help you reach your health and functional goals. We want you to feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout your experience with us.

Your First Visit: Understanding Your Needs

Your first visit is focused on understanding your condition, evaluating your concerns, and determining the factors that may be contributing to your symptoms and limitations in function.

  1. Initial Paperwork

You’ll begin by completing our new-patient paperwork, providing information about your health history, current concerns, and the challenges you’re experiencing.

  1. Consultation with Dr. Stinnette

Dr. Stinnette will meet with you to discuss your condition, review your health history, and understand how your symptoms may be affecting your daily activities, mobility, and quality of life.

  1. Examination and Diagnostic Evaluation

A focused examination will help assess your condition and identify findings that may explain your symptoms and functional limitations. Digital X-rays or other appropriate imaging may be recommended when clinically warranted to help guide clinical decision-making.

Your Second Visit: Report of Findings and Recommendations

At your second visit, Dr. Stinnette will review the findings from your consultation and examination, explain what may be contributing to your symptoms, and discuss recommendations for care.

  1. Understanding Your Condition

We’ll explain the examination findings in understandable terms, answer your questions, and discuss how those findings relate to your concerns and functional goals.

  1. Your Personalized Care Plan

If chiropractic care is appropriate for your condition, we’ll discuss recommendations tailored to your individual needs. This includes the proposed treatment methods, frequency of visits, and anticipated duration of care, along with the goals we hope to achieve and how progress will be evaluated.

  1. Financial Expectations and Payment Options

We believe you should understand the financial commitment before beginning care. We’ll review anticipated costs, applicable insurance benefits, and available payment options. We strive to work with each patient’s individual financial circumstances so you can make an informed decision about proceeding with care.

  1. Your Questions, Your Decisions

Your participation matters. We’ll take time to answer your questions, discuss your options, and help you understand the recommendations. You remain in control of your healthcare decisions and can make an informed choice about the care that’s right for you.

Our Commitment to You

Our goal is to provide individualized care in a welcoming environment where you feel heard, respected, and informed. From your first conversation with our team through every stage of your care, we want you to understand what we’re doing, why we’re recommending it, and how it relates to your personal goals.
